Extreme Performance Bike Weekend 2006 Report & Gallery
Sat 16th and Sun 17th September 2006 at Santa Pod Raceway

Extreme Performance Bike Weekend was a Motorcycle and Scooter Track Day Show new for 2006 that replaced "On 2 Wheels" and "Scooter Hijack", and brought together the best of both events for a weekend of full-throttle thrashing on Europe's most famous dragstrip. All types of motorcycle and scooter were welcomed at the Pod, from Superbikes to cruisers and auto scoots to classics.

Extreme Performance Bike Weekend saw some great racing from the Streetfighter classes, Scooter X-Race series and all the ACU classes including NAST. As well as the serious racers plenty of people were taking to the track for Run What Ya Brung.

The track entertainment also included runs by the Fireforce Jet Car.

Off track saw Live music from Isac Hunt on Saturday night, and pole dancing session in Fuelers bar.

The event was also celebrating the 20th and 21st anniversary of the acclaimed Suzuki GSX-R with a ride-in GSX-R show.
